Xactimate Scope Still Has to Survive the Profitability Dashboard

Inspired by Tygart Media, Restoration Job Management Profitability Dashboards (2026).

The estimate the carrier accepted is not the job’s margin. Restoration Intel already covers how carriers price restoration claims in Xactimate. This note is the close-out side of the same record.

At job close a commercial desk needs five numbers on one file: original Xactimate estimate, approved supplement, crew and equipment hours with fuel type, posted sub and supplier cost, and calendar days from first photo to carrier approval. If the PSA or Dash export cannot emit those fields without a PM retyping them, the dashboard is a slide, not a control.

Concurrent jobs on one PM are where multi-location shops lose the number. Software comparison and integration detail stays on Tygart Media: DASH vs Albi vs PSA vs Xcelerate and Xactimate integration. Carbon fields that should ride the same job record live in the RCP spec.
